- The core of his work is the relationship between consciousness, energy, time and space.
- Crucial is their joint functioning as a bi-dual organisation of phase space: consciousness-energy is the dual of time-space.
- Essential is that their formulation requires our participation: reality as we know it is a realisation; and mathematics (and science) model our way of thinking.
- All-important is that our use of Freedom of Choice determines our realisation (i.e. experience of reality) and our functioning (i.e. peace and state of health).

We experience the 4D Matrix of Integral Health Care in our daily life as follows:
- Our world view in our head affects our pivot of realisation, the Pineal Gland.
- This lead to a hypothalamic response that determine if we adapt outwardly (animal) or inwardly (vegetative)
- This shifts the internal climate, by changing the balance in organ functions.
- The result is a change of state of the cells in our body. “What we think matters”.
The work of O#o uses the dimensional logic of phase space (MetaThematics) as a means to describe how we function individually and collectively. Fundamental is the application of this concept to our use of Freedom of Choice as experience with/in our body.
Logic, mathematics, material science, medicine, consciousness studies and many other disciplines are integrated by this perspective.
Crucial is the understanding that we are part of our context and one with the uniVerse; The universal laws that operate around us also operate within is. Life is the art of putting that link in practice.
ir O#o van Nieuwenhuijze, arts (MSc, MD) studied engineering and medicine. As a result he is building a bridge between our understanding of matter and life. He is working on the projects "The Healing of Health Care", and "Bringing Science to Life". The first is aimed to include the findings of modern science in medicine; the second to incorporate the findings of traditional forms of healing in science. He works as corporate consultant "to help organisations operate as organism instead of mechanism". He is also science editor on a number of journals for integral health care, educator and author.
